Gender stereotypes in STEM fields begin taking root as early as age six (Bian et al., 2017). Research shows that when girls are

supported by early mentorship and confident role models, they are nearly 20% more likely to remain interested and engaged in

STEM paths (Ruling Our eXperiences, 2024). Inspire changes the narrative. Through hands-on workshops and real mentorship,

we give girls the confidence to know they belong in the STEM world.
